Yellow Mustard, Ground


Ingredients: ground yellow mustard (USA)

Pungent, sharp, and earthy, ground yellow mustard can be used in dry rubs, salad dressings, cream sauces, deviled eggs, meatloaf, barbecue sauce, or sprinkled over roasted vegetables.

Make your own mustard by mixing the powder with water, wine, or vinegar. Let sit for 20 minutes and add in other spices (mint, ginger, pepper, paprika, garlic, and tarragon). Note, the hotter the liquid you use, the milder the mustard will be.
