Shipping & Returns

Please note, due to COVID-19, processing and shipping delays may occur. If we expect any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. 


We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 per order for domestic orders. Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after payment has been received and you will receive and email notification that your package has been shipped.

In Store Pick-Up

Orders will be ready for pick-up within 1-3 business days. If you need something sooner, give us a call and we will see if we can accommodate. We will contact you via email as soon as your order is ready for pick up. 


We are not able to offer returns on perishable items including all spices, teas, and food items.

Unopened and unused non-perishable items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase, with receipt. Customers are responsible for any shipping associated with return/exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
