Vietnamese Pork Rub


Hand Blended Ingredients: demerara sugar, ginger, coriander, clove, cinnamon, red pepper flakes, sesame, black pepper, lemongrass

Add exotic Vietnamese flavor to any pork dish with this sweet, warm, and citrusy spice blend.

Try on pork chops, pork tenderloin, ribs, or pulled pork. Mix into ground pork, chicken, or turkey for Bahn Mi style burgers or lettuce wraps.

Add to stir fry, ramen, and rice dishes, or toss with roasted winter squash or sweet potatoes.

Use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat.
