Turkey Brine


Hand Blended Ingredients: salt, brown sugar, white peppercorns, orange, garlic, black peppercorns, onion, rosemary, pink peppercorns, allspice berries, juniper berries, green peppercorns, thyme, basil, oregano, sage, bay leaves

This sweet and savory blend is back for a limited time. Perfect for large gatherings, our large 3 cup jar of turkey brine is enough for up to a 22 pound turkey. This wet brine can also be used on chicken and pork.

Use 1 oz of turkey brine per pound of turkey. For a 12-14 lb turkey, use 2 cups of brine. For a 20-22 lb turkey, use the whole jar.


  1. Mix 2-3 cups of turkey brine with two gallons of water and bring to boil.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to completely cool.
  3. Fully immerse the turkey into brine for 8-24 hours in refrigerator or cooler. Adding more cold water to cover turkey if needed.
  4. An hour before cooking, remove the turkey from brine and rinse with cool water.
  5. Pat dry, and prepare and cook per your recipe.
