Shallots, Dried


Ingredients: Dried shallots

Tangy with garlic undertones, dried shallots are a perfect addition to any savory dish. Try in your next burgers, salad dressings, soups, pasta, rice, and omelets.

Add directly to your dish or reconstitute in water or wine, and sauté in olive oil.

Use ½ as much Dried Shallots as fresh shallots. ½ teaspoon of Dried Shallots equals one shallot clove.
