With moist, yet crunchy grains, and a complex briny flavor, this gourmet salt is hand harvested in the Guérande region of France, and makes an excellent addition to any kitchen.

Sel Gris, which translates to "Grey Salt", adds a delicate crunch to your egg dishes, avocado toast, roasted and grilled meats, fish, vegetables, and baked goods. Sprinkle a little over chocolates, caramels, or cookies.
