Commonly referred to as Chicken Seasoning or Stuffing Seasoning, Poultry Seasoning is very popular around Thanksgiving, and can be used year round to add herbaceous flavor to turkey, chicken, soups, stews, gravy, stuffing, and pot pies.
Sprinkle this salt free blend over roasted winter squash and sweet potatoes, or blend into turkey or veggie burgers.
For a 12 lb turkey, mix 1 Tbsp. of poultry seasoning with 1/4 cup of olive oil or 4 Tbsp of softened butter.
For stuffing, use 1/2 to 1 tsp. per cup of stuffing.
