Mexican Mole Seasoning


Hand Blended Ingredients: ancho, sea salt, pasilla, chipotle, turbinado sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and citric acid

Salt free, this rich, earthy, and mildly spicy blend can be used to make a Mole paste or sauce, used to season beef, chicken, pork, and fish, or as a special ingredient in your soups, stews, and chilis.


  1. Mix 1/2 cup of Mexican Mole Seasoning with 1/4 broth and 1/8 cup of water.
  2. Use as a paste or thin out with additional liquid.
