Mediterranean Rub

Hand Blended Ingredients: garlic, thyme, black pepper, rosemary, lemon, oregano, basil, sage

Add exotic Mediterranean flavor to your dishes with this savory salt free rub. Makes an excellent wet or dry rub for chicken, fish, and pork chops. Try sprinkled on potatoes, roasted veggies, on top salads, or mixed with vinegar and oil for a delicious bread dip or salad dressing.

For a dry rub, use 1 Tbsp. per pound of meat, or combine 1 Tbsp. seasoning with ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil for a wet rub.
