Louisiana Fish Seasoning


Hand Blended Ingredients: garlic, paprika, onion, black pepper, cayenne, sea salt, thyme, oregano, basil

Whether you are baking, frying, broiling, or grilling, this Cajun-style seasoning will add savory heat to your fish and seafood dishes. While this blend was created with seafood in mind, it is also great on chicken, pork, rice, potatoes, and vegetables.

Sprinkle some into mashed potatoes, cream based pasta dishes like fettuccine Alfredo and mac and cheese, or over roasted nuts or popcorn.

When using as a rub, use 1 tsp. per pound of meat. Coat both sides evenly and work the blend into the meat with your hands then let sit for 2-4 hours in the fridge before cooking.
