Lapsang Souchong


Ingredients: medium pine-smoked black tea

This black tea from the Fujian province of China is famous for its smoky aroma which imparts a sweet, clean smoky flavor. Brew as a tea, or use as a secret ingredient in cocktails and desserts.


  1. Pour 8 oz. of hot water (208° F) over 1 tsp. of tea.
  2. Steep for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Strain and enjoy.
