Dress up your fish dish with this sweet and peppery blend! This salmon seasoning offers a hint of smoky sweetness from the brown sugar and a mild heat from the black pepper and red pepper flakes. When baked or grilled, this blend marries beautifully with the juices of the salmon to form a delicious glaze.

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of seasoning for each salmon fillet (6-8 oz each). Sprinkle and rub 10 minutes prior to cooking.
