Spicy with smoky undertones, this North African spice blend is perfect to bring exotic heat to rice, couscous, egg dishes, pasta, soups, and tagines (North African stew). Can be used as a dry rub for chicken or steaks or made into a paste with olive oil or citrus juice.

Mix with a dash of boiling water and olive oil to create a Harissa sauce to use with roasted vegetables, burgers, hummus, lamb, yogurt, and salad dressings. Try on your egg dishes in place of your normal hot sauce or mix with honey for sticky hot wings.
