Fence Post Chili

Hand Blended Ingredients: ancho chile powder, New Mexico chile powder, onion, chipotle chile powder, cumin, garlic, Mexican oregano, allspice

True to its Tex-Mex roots, this chili powder has a flavor that is deep, complicated, and loaded with mild peppery heat. In addition to making outstanding chili, you can also use this blend as a dry rub and to season beans, potatoes, egg dishes, and popcorn.

Use one tablespoon per pound of meat and adjust as desired from there.
