Fajitas Perfectas

In addition to making outstanding fajitas, this mild Tex-Mex blend is great for seasoning potatoes, egg dishes, tortilla soup, beans, and rice.

For the perfect fajita marinade, mix 2-3 tablespoons of fajita seasoning with 2/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup vinegar or lime juice. Combine with 3 lbs of thin strips of steak, chicken, pork, or shrimp and marinate in the fridge for 4-8 hours (for shrimp, marinate for 30 mins to 2 hours).
