Hand Blended Ingredients: paprika, black pepper, parsley, garlic, basil, lemon, oregano, thyme, chili powder

Known as the signature sauce of Argentina, Chimichurri is primarily used as a sauce to top grilled or roasted meats, such as steak and beef ribs. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken and fish.

This salt free seasoning blend can be used on burgers, chicken wings, eggs, pasta, pork chops, potatoes, grilled or roasted vegetables, empanadas, rice and quinoa, and in a homemade vinaigrette.


  1. Finely chop 2 cups of fresh parsley and mince 1 Tbsp. of garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, combine parsley, garlic, 1 cup red wine vinegar, 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, and 2 Tbsp. Chimichurri spice blend.
  3. For an optional kick of heat, add 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before enjoying.
