Ingredients: chervil (Europe)

Chervil is a culinary herb related to parsley and often used in French cuisine. With a sweet and delicate aroma, chervil is best added at the end of cooking, and goes well with egg dishes, seafood, vegetables, cream soups, and potatoes. Also works well to create herbed butter or for infusing oil.

To create your own version of the French herb blend "Fines Herbs", combine equal parts chervil, tarragon, chives, and parsley.
