ONION SOUP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sauté 1 cup sliced onion until caramelized.
2. Add 1-1/4 cup of soup mix and stir for 30 seconds
3. Add 6 cups of beef broth and 1/2 cup of apple juice or apple cider and bring to a simmer.
4. Cover and cook on low about 25 minutes.

ONION DIP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix 1 Tbsp. of onion soup mix with 1/2 cup sour cream.
2. Refrigerate for 30-60 mins before enjoying with your favorite chips and veggies.
