A unique twist on our Traditional Santa Maria Rub, this slightly sweet rub adds a burst of flavor with a touch of heat.
Delicious on Tri-Tip, it’s also great on steaks, brisket, chicken, pork, veggies, and eggs.
We recommend 1 tablespoon per pound of meat. Sprinkle on and pat into the meat with your hand. Be sure to evenly coat both sides. Once this is done place in a large resealable plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours before cooking. Remove from the fridge about 30 minutes prior to cooking. Re-spice during cooking for optimal flavor.
