Ingredients: butterfly pea flowers
With an earthy and woody flavor, butterfly pea flowers make a mild and soothing tea with a dark rich blue color.
Add a little lemon juice and your tea will turn dark purple.
Can also be used to color other beverages, cocktails, and rice. For tea, steep 1 tsp in 8 oz hot water (208°F) for 5 minutes.
