Salty with hints of onion and heat from two different chile flakes, this rub was created with beef in mind, but can also be used to beautifully season veggie burgers, chicken, and fish.
For steak, use two tablespoons of seasoning for one pound of meat. Apply steak rub liberally after brushing the steak with vegetable oil or olive oil.
For chicken and fish, use only half a teaspoon.
