Inspired by an aged Scottish Springbank, this whiskey tea is both bold and smoky, with just a hint of sweetness from the dried apple pieces.
- Pour 8 oz. of hot water (208° F) over 1 tsp. of tea.
- Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy.
