Ingredients: organic rose buds and petals (rosa rosaceae)
Rose buds and petals provide a floral, earthy flavor, and are commonly used for making rose water, jams, tea, and Turkish Delight.
Try adding some to smoothies, lemonade, and cocktails. Sprinkle over cookies, cakes, and other baked goods. Or use to infuse honey, simple syrup, vinegar, and oil.
ROSE TEA BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour 8 oz. of boiling water (212° F) over 1 Tbsp. of rose buds and petals.
- Steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy as is or with a touch of lemon juice and honey.
Rose buds and petals can also be brewed alongside green or black tea as well as added to herbal tea blends.
