Hand Blended Ingredients: thyme, rosemary, sage, marjoram, oregano
Commonly referred to as Chicken Seasoning or Stuffing Seasoning, Poultry Seasoning is very popular around Thanksgiving. Despite the name, poultry seasoning does not actually contain any poultry or meat. It's called "poultry seasoning" because it's primarily used to season poultry (i.e. chicken or turkey). This is a very flavorful seasoning that is just as great in vegetarian dishes when you're looking for a strong herbal flavor.
For chicken or turkey, mix 1 tsp. of poultry seasoning with 1/4 cup of olive oil. It also adds mouthwatering flavor to stuffing, ground turkey, veggie burgers, meatloaf, pork chops, pork roast and also in soups and gravies. Use ½ to 1 teaspoon per cup of stuffing.
