Our Louisiana Fish Seasoning has it's roots firmly established with the seasoning influences of Louisiana region and you will find this a delight for your fish, oysters or shrimp. We especially like this with our salmon and tilapia fillets.
This seasoning packs a little bit of heat and is closer to a Cajun seasoning than a Creole seasoning. While this is ideal for seafood you can also use it in dirty rice, fries, vegetables or anything that you want to give some Cajun flavor to.
Sprinkle on your seafood as a seasoning or you can also use it as a rub. When using as a rub use 1 tsp. per pound of meat. Coat both sides evenly and work the blend into the meat with your hands then let sit for 2-4 hours in the fridge.
