Jade Oolong

Ingredients: low-elevation, lightly oxidized, lightly roasted Taiwanese oolong

Lightly baked oolong gives a rich, deeply floral, lingering brew that can be steeped multiple times.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour 8 oz. of hot water (195°F) over 1 heaping tsp. of tea.
2. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
3. Strain and enjoy.
