Our Italian sausage blend has just the right amount of heat without being too hot and is perfect for making your own Italian sausage at home. Also try it sprinkled on pasta, potatoes, or eggs.
Use 1 cup of Hot Italian Sausage Seasoning and either 1 cup of ice cold water or 1 cup of chilled red wine per 5 lbs of ground pork shoulder. Or for smaller quantity, use 2-3 tbsp per pound of meat.
Try using with ground chicken or turkey.
