Rich, savory and very intense, this Hatch Green Chile Powder will bring an authentic flavor of New Mexico to your dishes. Use in a rub, tortilla soup, enchilada sauce, hamburgers, pasta, green chile aioli, cornbread, and queso. You can also use this in place of black pepper for an extra kick to your meals.
This powder is considered mild, but it does have some heat behind it at 3,000 to 5,000 SHU.
