With hints of citrus and a bit of smokiness from the smoked mesquite salt and the paprika, this Habanero Honey rub provides a balance of sweet and heat that is perfect for chicken, pork, and seafood. Use to create a delicious glaze on ham or sprinkle on bacon before baking. Add to your vinaigrettes, stir fries, popcorn, and snack mixes.
Use 1 Tbsp. of rub per pound of chicken or pork, and 1/2 Tbsp. for fish or shrimp. Allow to sit 3-4 hours on chicken or pork, 30 minutes for fish, and only 15 minutes for shrimp.

Giving it 4 stars only because it's so spicy it hurts. The burn is something you REALLY have to want to enjoy this, but otherwise, it is delicious!
