Ingredients: salt, sodium nitrate (6.25%), propoleyne glycol, FD&C Red #3

Prague Powder#1 is a curing salt blend used to cure meats that only need a short cure before it is cooked. Most commonly used in recipes for lox, corned beef, sausages, hot dogs, and bacon. Use with only properly butchered and completely cooled meats.

Use sparingly, one level teaspoon of curing salt per five pounds of meat.
