Ingredients: cinchona bark
Cinchona bark is known to ease gas, bloating and other digestive discomforts as well as calm the nerves. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 tsp of herb. Steep 4-7 minutes.
A natural source of quinine, it can also be used to make homemade tonic water.
