Ingredients: dried green bell peppers
Dried green bell peppers can be added directly to soups and stews, or rehydrated and added to any dish where bell peppers are called for. Great for egg dishes, breakfast potatoes, queso dips, and fajitas. Try in your next jambalaya or chili.
To rehydrate, soak one part pepper in two parts cold water for about an hour and drain off excess liquid before adding to dish.
