Earthy and aromatic with mild cinnamon notes, this salt free Persian blend can be used in couscous, rice pilafs, grilled or roasted vegetables, meat or bean stews, kebabs, and meatballs. Advieh can be used as a dry rub for grilled meats or mixed with oil on hearty roasted vegetables like butternut squash.
Add 1 teaspoon for each cup of rice or couscous. Mix with olive oil or yogurt for marinade.
