Earthy and aromatic flavor with fennel, garlic and lime, this Puerto Rican influenced Adobo Lime Rub can be used a dry rub or mixed with a little olive oil. Use generously on chicken or pork and light seafood, like salmon or tilapia, before grilling or frying.
For chicken or pork, we recommend using 1 Tbsp of seasoning per pound of meat. After seasoning place the meat in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours to marinate.
For fish use about ½ Tbsp of seasoning per pound of fish. Do not let the seasoning set for more than an hour before cooking.
