Bright, earthy, and aromatic with notes of fennel, garlic, and lime, this Puerto Rican influenced Adobo Lime Rub can be used as a dry rub or mixed with a little olive oil for a wet rub. Use generously on chicken, pork, and seafood, like salmon or tilapia, before grilling or frying.
For chicken or pork, we recommend using 1 Tbsp. of seasoning per pound of meat. After seasoning place the meat in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours to marinate.
For fish, use about 1/2 Tbsp. of seasoning per pound of fish. Do not let the seasoning set for more than an hour before cooking.
