Shawarma

This salt free Middle Eastern seasoning is traditionally used with thinly sliced meats that are wrapped with vegetables in a flatbread or pita and served with flavorful sauces. You can also use this seasoning to add exotic flavor to rice dishes, salads, roasted vegetables, potatoes, and egg dishes.
For an easy Chicken Shawarma, thinly slice your chicken and season with our Shawarma seasoning blend. Marinate in the fridge for a few hours before grilling. Wrap in a warm pita with lettuce, red onions, and cucumbers. Serve with an easy garlic sauce made with 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. of plain yogurt, and 1 cup of tahini.
